Primal Racing started as a family affair. My brother (Trevor) and I were thinking of a team name. I wanted a team to support the racing community, support the general community, get our name out there, and better our racing careers. Racing is in our blood. At a young age our Mom and Dad took us to Colorado National Speedway as spectators. We grew up watching racing and eventually we were able to take part in dirt track racing. The goal of Primal Racing is to keep that family atmosphere weather we are with biological family, racing family, or neighbors in the community.

The meaning behind Primal Racing is two fold. Primates literally contain lemurs, monkeys and apes. This correlates over to the racing community very well (joking aside) when looking at all the classes (Modifieds, Supers, Sprints, Stock, etc) and types (dirt, asphalt, drag, endurance, road, etc) of racing. The second meaning comes from the definition of primal. Primal can be defined as the primary or first in rank and importance. Not only is racing a hobby but a lifestyle. Some live to race. We are known as Primal Racing!

I am currently in the process of making Primal Racing a legitimate business (business liscnes, etc). My goal is for Primal Racing to become a large support group within the lower to middle levels of racing that will be ran like the upper levels of racing. We need to create this type of atmosphere if we want "small time" and "saturday night" racing to survive.

With this desired grow, Primal Racing is looking for drivers and teams that are within this lower to middle levels of racing from around the coutnry. Primal Racing is looking for great people that demonstrate integrity while being a positive role model within the racing and general community. Racing goes beyond the driver seat and within Primal Racing we need to do our part to make the racing and general community better. Rest assured that I will not be letting just anyone in Primal Racing.
